How the status is decided

Not by me. A script reads four dates for every project and keeps the latest: a GitHub release, a push to GitHub, a WordPress.org update, a Firefox Add-ons update.

Where the rule is generous

WordPress.org lists versions without dates, so each one is dated by the Last-Modified header of its download; a version that cannot be dated is left out, not guessed. Where WordPress.org has pruned early versions, the plugin's first publication date stands in as "first release".

Issues and pull requests are welcome on any repository marked Active. There is no sponsor button, here or anywhere else.

  • Code and bug reports

    Open an issue or a pull request on the project's repository. Active repositories get an answer; Archived ones are read, but not changed.

  • Plugin support

    For a bug in a WordPress plugin, the plugin's support forum on WordPress.org reaches me faster than email.

  • Security

    Report vulnerabilities in the plugins through Patchstack's disclosure programme, which is linked from each plugin's readme. Receipt Uploader 2.14.0 fixed two issues found by outside researchers, both credited in its changelog.
